Colorado Eviction Forms Moved Out Of Our Rental Within 1 Day Of Receiving A Note To Pay Or Move Out And Received An Eviction Notice?

Moved out of our rental within 1 day of receiving a note to pay or move out and received an eviction notice? - colorado eviction forms

My question relates to a forced eviction in the state of Colorado

We could not have the revenue for the month and the landlord we have until 1 the following month. One day before the 1st, our host gave us a written notice of the rent and the following month to pay rent for 12 hours, 1 or the preparation, as soon as possible to leave. We could not do, and vacated the premise that on the night of 1 Now, after 21 days, we received a summons in forcible entry and unlawful imprisonment.

Is not that the owners should check whether we have abandoned the property before issuing an eviction notice?

In addition to the selected date in the form, before the court is 11 days before it was submitted. What form approved courses. Owner stated that the requirement of the agreement or the right to possession was placed in a conspicuous place, but only by a typed letter signed himself laid at the door and a notice to quit was apparent at a place located, but has never been, and that the owners do not even have a date on which the document that indicates when it was made.

owner is not a copy of the lease and assignment.

What's next?

Much of what seems reasonable and it sounds like some of the steps "overstepted.
For example, many are not all the states, should the quotation in dilivered person or by a bailiff or by registered post.
Get a lawyer to review your situation and lead from there.
